We ensure that all user's personal data are only transmitted to the person for whom the data belonged, for official purposes. The transmission of personal data, to any third party not related to the alumni, shall strictly not be permissible without the owner's consent. -

We shall ensure that user's' particulars, as well as all other documents containing personal data, are stored digitally, either encrypted or hashed, such that no unauthorised third person can gain knowledge of them.
